2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • If you request cancellation before work has started, you may be eligible for up to a 90% refund, depending on admin/processing costs.

  • If the expert has already been assigned and briefed, only a partial refund may be possible.

2.4 Failure to Follow Initial Instructions

  • If the work clearly deviates from the original instructions provided at the time of order and you raised the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery, a partial or full refund may be considered only after an internal review.

  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, original order brief) is required.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Late complaints after delivery of Work.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction without clear instruction-related issues.

  • Low grades — we do not guarantee A+ grades every time.

  • Revision refusal — if you decline free revisions that could have resolved the issue.

  • Plagiarism claims unsupported by valid and verifiable plagiarism reports (e.g., Turnitin, Grammarly, etc.).

  • Delays caused by incomplete instructions, slow response from the customer, or lack of communication.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • We may ask for confirmation of payment details to verify identity and ensure secure transactions.
