REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY AT BOOK MY ASSIGNMENT Refund Policy    In case is unable to deliver an order placed by the customer; will issue a full refund against the order. If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (that is,RazorPay, PAYPAL, CCAVENUE or other payment method), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email or contact with out 24 x 7 live chat operators. The extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time. We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your writing work; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions, the expert is not found. If this does occur, we will refund your full amount. You are eligible for a full refund in case of a failed Grade. Once your report is completed, we will send a draft/work in progress to check and then the full work once you will clear rest payment. If you are not satisfied with work, you can ask for correction/rework as many times as you want and corrections would be done free of cost. There would be no refund due to quality issue. We do not entertain correction for any order if it’s more than three months, you have to book it as fresh assignment and make payment. BookMyAssignment does unlimited reworking on your assignment, essay, dissertation and research paper if order is within three months. Cancellation Policy    If the customer wishes to cancel his or her order with Book My Assignment, the customer can only do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, will refund the order amount. Orders with 24 Hours Deadline or less are not eligible for any Refund on Cancellation.
